With most everyone feeling more stress these days it is very important that we all take better care of the most important thing we have… ourselves. Between home, family, work, uncertainty and all the bad news we hear please take time to eat good, whole foods and get as much exercise as you can.
I recently moved my gazelle into the house because it is too hot outside and I have not been using it for a couple months. I have also been trying to make better choices in what I eat and add more fruit and vegetables to my diet.
